What should i do if i do not receive my package?
We promise a full refund if you do not receive the goods within estimated delivery time 60 days(Brazil 90 days)
You must open a dispute within 15 days if you do not receive the goods over the estimated delivery time. After 15 days we can not help you.

Returns Policy
